mmmm, bloody marys! Vodka and v8 juice I was once told that if you do have a drink stay away from the sweet and fruity stuff (the good stuff) but have something clear - like vodka (smirnoff ice doesnt count as clear and has over 200 calories per bottle - learned that the hard way!)

We have about the same amount of weight to loss and I also hit a plateau around this point. Just keep pushing through and let your body also adjust to your new eating habit. You are looking amazing, but regardless of what we think - this is about you. But my trainer did share with me that it takes 4 weeks for YOU to see your body changing, 8 weeks for family and friends but 12 weeks for the rest of the world - so keep going. Keep it up and maybe share with us how you have been successfull.

According to this website (and the other one I tried) my BMR is 1775. So to loss weight I should consume less than 1775 calories a day my body naturally burns right? Thats what is confusing to me.
