My TOM is around 16th-18th of each month.... Its almost a week away..... Hmmm.. I guess I will cut down on few calories and may be try to vary my exercise routine.

1) I just checked my sodium and saturated fat reports... They are pretty much in control. 2) I am no where close to my final goal... I currently weigh around 105 kgs and my final goal would be 70 kgs.. but I decided to have intermediate milestones/goals to keep me motivated... so my first milestone goal is around 99 kgs...…

Thanks for the reply ! Can you please elaborate on this statement. I believe we need to consume 1 gm of protein per kg of our body weight. Currently I weigh around 105... and so I target to consume around 105-110 gms of protein daily. Is that too much ?

I had the same dilemma and I chose to start protein shakes. They are really handy and an easy way to increase the protein intake in ur diet.. There is a huge range of protein shakes available in market and hundreds of flavours too... you can opt for the one u like :) All the best with ur goals ! :flowerforyou:

Thanks for the replies... I will be going for my first spinning class on wednesday.... I do squats... 15 reps / 2 sets. but I think I do them wrong... coz I kinda developed a lower back ache.... I think I just dont get the technique right :(

Yeah !! I do take a multi vitamin capsule (called Chromoplex) daily after dinner... Should I start taking Primerose Oil Capsules as well ????
