Women usually have high cravings for sugar/carbs during their menstrual cycles... Few things that might help you: 1) Consume lots of water. 2) Try to eat high protein diet 3) Whenever you feel a strong craving to eat something sweet.. brush your teeth..or just use a minty mouth wash.... it might sound silly but trust me it…

Are you allowed tiny amounts of oil ? You can use spray oil and saute them. They will taste very good. I can give you a recipe but not sure if you are allowed to have any amount of oil ?

Try shuffling your carbs, protein and fat split.. Try different workouts... Your body gets used to a routine or food type..I have heard this so many times.. "Keep your body guessing"...Hope this helps !

Interesting! I would be keen to know how many calories do you eat and what is your carb, protein and fat split ? Cheers.

Are you serious about 1 gram of protein per pound ? I doubt if that is true for someone who is trying to loss weight.... I weigh around 210 lbs... if I consume 210 gms of proteins... we are looking at consuming around 840 calories only through protein.... with 1200 calories per day allowance.... this would come to 70%…

I like taking whey protein once a day.. Either at the start of the day or after my workouts. It helps me to get to my daily protein limit and has very few calories too. I like Phd Diet Whey ! I have tasted choc and strawberry flavors so far... I liked them both. I also tried Maximuscle but didnt like them....…

I have noticed this crazy acne breakouts, severe hair loss, weight plateau and facial hair off late. I am suspecting some hormonal imbalances (high testosterone, pcod, insulin resistance ). My tests are due in next few weeks. Wondering if WW targets weight loss for all... I think high carb diets wont help me at all !

You might want to make ur day meals more denser and also try to have more proteins and lot of veggies n salad in ur late night meal.. It might help !

It can usually go up by 2-6 lbs... In my experience, if you stick to high protein diet, it will surely help you knock off those pounds within few days after TOM. I have been through experimenting a lot on this and drinking loads of water and high protein diet really helps. Wish you all the best !

Apart from fruits, legumes and veggies, you can include fiber rich breakfast.. All Bran.. Oats... etc...
