Thanks so much for all these details. I have recently set my calorie intake to 40C,30P,30F...I will surely try to incorporate more veg n fruits in my diet.... I have booked an appointment with the doctor soon... and also waiting for my blood test results... Hoping to crack this soon... :(

Yes, I wear the chest strap. I have been using it for few months now. Usually a workout of around 45-50 minutes would only burn 500-550 calories but these days it shows around 750ish calories for the same kind of workout. I couldn't agree more on the fact that these questions are for the doctor to answer but unfortunately my GP is not helping me enough. They have scheduled me for my testosterone test which should be somewhere in second week of June. I know its a tricky situation because there are no cysts but still all the symptoms of PCOS…

Hey there, I would suggest throwing in some protein powder in the shake.. specially if you are doing strength training... As per my personal experience... I would always choose for a combination of carbs and proteins after workouts. It works best for me ! All the best ! :flowerforyou: Cheers, S.K.B

Welcome !!! It took me almost 3 and a half months to lose 36 pounds... I guess you are looking at no less than 8-9 months.. Also, please remember that a healthy weight loss is around 2 lbs per week... If you can manage that, you are on track boy :)

Just go by the label... and stick to something that has a good balance of carbs and proteins... and low in fat... You should be fine :)
