Found ya....lol I will figure out how to post pictures when I get home from work.. Starting weight 415 lbs Goal weight 180 lbs Starting out with 10 lbs a month It will take me just under 2 years to reach my goal.

I am 415 here.....I was doing great at keeping my weight around 350 then just didn't care and gained 65 lbs... Anyone who wants to add me is more then welcome to....... Need a good support system
