Help please :-)

Hi I am Nerys, Im 23 and Ive been battling with binge eating and depressions for around 3 years now. Ive put on quite a loit of weight as a result, but now I really want to get to a happy and healthy me. If anyone could please help me with this I would be so, so grateful! It would really mean a lot to me! Hope everyone is having a great day! :-)

    One day at a time, even one meal at a time! Have a healthy, delicious breakfast, and you will feel great until lunch. Then, a healthy, delicious lunch, and your confidence will build until dinner. You get the idea. You CAN do this! The best feeling is waking up and knowing you ate healthfully the day before and got a little exercise, too! I recommend you plan meals ahead, which can prevent binges. Best of luck!
