Maybe once a month. I get discouraged easily, and if I had been trying to lose for even just a week and didn't lose at least a pound I start binge eating and undo everything. I'm one of those people who expect weight to fall off in a day. I like to go on the way I feel and how my clothes fit.

My problem is that if I eat within a few hours of my workout, I get terrible cramps and can't even push through my workout. It's very frustrating.

One of my favorite meals is A LOT of egg whites scrambled with reduced fat mozzarella, garlic pepper, mushrooms, and spinach. Broccoli on the side!

I'm glad to see all this feedback- I'm 5'4 136 lbs and MFP recommended that I eat 1200 cals a day to lose 2 pounds a week. I usually stay right around that and I don't eat my exercise calories anymore because when I did, I didn't seem to lose much weight at all. I am losing weight but very slowly.
