Oatcakes or ryvita with Humous/ cream cheese/ mashed avocado / peanut butter etc.... I actually prefer these now to sandwiches ( can be a bit messy though lol)

we all eat different meals, it doesn't bother me at all. Two of my boys have food allergies, I'm a vege and OH is just plain fussy :laugh: We do eat the same twice a week though ( roast dinner and fry up) you need to do what works for you. I have a treat drawer and the boys are only allowed to have something after meals...…

I have to say I do the same, just look for a very similar food already listed... For me I like the diary as it shows me what I eat with out fooling myself, so I try not to worry overmuch if I guesstimate the calories of home cooked food ( did that actually make any sense? Portobello mushrooms, lightly fried in olive oil on gluten free bread with brown sauce... And mug of black filter coffee ... Delicious :-) I think it's around 370 cals....

I only like it on its own if it's raw in a salad, but I do add ready chopped frozen spinach to most dishes... curry,chillis, on home made pizza,vege tartlets ( filo pastry filled with red onion,portobello mushroom and spinach)you can't taste it much once it is mixed in.

I agree with the above Agave and Stevia... Try to avoid artificial sweeteners, they are so bad for you...
