we use a vegan protein powder, a mix of pea and hemp or brown rice. There are a good few brands out there, but quite expensive. HTH

my top 5.... 1) Learn to listen to YOUR body.... what works for someone else may not (probably not!) work for you 2) Train your brain.... 3) Steer clear from 'diets' 4) Any exercise is better than no exercise 5) Practice mindfulness and gratitude daily <3

Without seeing your diary, my first reaction is that you are at towards the lower end of a healthy weight for your height, I would guess that your body is at a weight where you would have to make unhealthy choices to lose any more. x

I am doing a fitness instructor course and I was teaching a client the elliptical, in the manual there was a NB about elliptical foot, I didn't even realise it was recognised ! just do a few ankle circles or flexion/extension of the ankle and it will quickly pass.

a woman after my own heart lol! dr who, true blood, vampire diaries, grimm,ANYTHING with Simon Pegg..... the list goes on ....:glasses: I love MFP and I wouldn't be as successful with my diet and fitness without it.

I've just gone back to eating meat after 5 years of being a vegetarian.... since upping my running and doing more distance I was struggling with energy and recovery, plus i was craving beef big time ( i didn't really like beef before becoming a veggie lol) I feel so much better with some meat in my diet.... i now eat fish…

Exercise is specifically a *planned* activity above normal day to day activities ( regardless of duration/exertion), so if you did a 35 minute walk as part of your normal routine it wouldn't be classed as exercise if you get what I mean.

when starting free weights get your form 100% before worrying about how heavy your weights are..... don't injure yourselves

anything up to 10k then I can get by on a slice gluten free toast with marmalade with a mug of green tea and a mug of coffee, 10k up to 10 miles and I just take water and nakd bar x
