Plain home popped popcorn.... We've managed to get the boys off of crisps (chips?) by letting them have popcorn instead, plus it's fun to make. Raisins and dried apricots, bread sticks, rice cakes, banana chips, grapes, strawberries etc.... X

I get this as well, I find occasionally doing alternate ankle rotations helps get rid of the numbness. x

I have an 8 week training schedule, after the 8 weeks has gone I will re do it with different goals to creat some diversity. :-)

absolutely! i have logged everyday for 130 days, it has transformed how I look at food and the "lies" i used to tell myself about portion size/ calories, it has been a real eye opener.
