I cook different meals for all of us ( I have 3 boys) - I am just used to it now and it doesn't really take up any more of my time than I would expect. Two of my boys have food allergies, one life threatening allergies. I am a pescaterian, and my hubby is full on carnivore! It's all fun and games :laugh:

Hi Suffy, I am in week 6 of my training plan - my diet is under control (most of the time!) and i exercise 4/5 days out of 7... i haven't lost anything! i can see definition in my legs and butt now, still have plenty of wobble on the belly and hips though! there are loads of factors for weightloss - age, build, metabolism…

I have just bought a 305 from eBay... It came with the hrm and footpod.I love it and it is especially good when you download your training info on to the laptop, shows speed, cadence, distance ,calories, how high you climb during a run and that's just what I've discovered so far!:happy:

ha! I'm 39 and I love YA books..... just finished all the Maggie Stiefvater books ( fab!) now reading The Age of Miracles by Karen Thompson Walker. I loved HofN series... too long between though!

I did read that if your gym is particularly hot and humid ( mine is!) that can be a cause of headaches when strenuously working out .... Not much help there sorry! As to the boobage ... I am a 36E and I have just bought a shock absorber sports bra which are available in different "strengths" ( if you get what I mean!!!! )…

I've been a vegetarian for the last 4 and a half years, although since starting working out and running I have re introduced fish into my diet. I feel great and much more satisfied when eating :-) I tend to stick to tuna or wild salmon but will have shell fish and oily fish like mackerel etc.... Good Luck!
