  • Thanks to those who have replied. I figured some of it was water, I've just never retained this much for this long. I do use a food scale. The measurement are there when there isn't a "grams" or "oz" option for the food. I just adjust the measurements (hence the 2.3 cups or the .575 cups) to make them more accurate. I find…
  • Worth mentioning, because they are fun: - Pokemon theme song - I H8 luv stories (and other bollywood. No idea what they are saying, but its got a good beat) - Anna Kendrick's Cups
  • Swing music is great to run to. I love it, it makes me so happy and bouncy. But then again, I also swing dance, so that might be why. The classics are good, but I also have a lot of Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, they have some good running songs.
  • Shredded, cooked down, and then sauteed with soy sauce. Its like the inside of an egg roll.
  • Batch of chapati I made today :noway: . Not the best day. But at least I ran 9 miles. It almost cancels out. Other times: Gallon of light ice cream Container of cottage cheese gift container of Hershey kisses Bag of goldfish :embarassed: Just followed by disbelief after.
  • I tried their peanut butter once and threw it away. It was so bad I get nauseous thinking about it. It actually turned me off of any kind of peanut butter for a year, which would mean that it essentially served its purpose of not adding any peanut butter calories to my diet. Not worth it in my opinion.
