Nope. The amount of fat food has is not going to have any bearing on body fat %. As long as you eat at a caloric deficit, you can eat all the fat you want. I wouldn't recommend it, but you can.

You can't target any kind of fat. Reducing your overall body fat is the only way to get rid of ANY kind of fat.

My only comment is this: Don't waste your money on Advocare. It's not worth it. You'll get the same results without it, but you'll have more money in your wallet.

During the day, it's at 75. When it hits about 5pm (aka when the cooking happens) it drops to 70. Then at 8pm, it drops to 60. I can't stand to sleep hot!

My "goal" is 1800, but I'll do anything between as low as 1300 (mostly just on sick days) and 2200 (on sushi days haha). Lifting days, I tend to be right around perfect, some days a bit over. Non-lifting days tend to be a little under.

Protein doesn't make a body builder. Training makes a body builder. Only massive amounts of hard lifting will bulk you. I use only unflavored whey isolates because I can't stand artificial sweetener. It mixes into everything from chocolate milk to iced tea.

8 pounds in six weeks is great. That's over a pound a week. Weight doesn't just fly off. Slow and steady is way better, as frustrating as it can seem.

I've noticed the hunger on lifting days, too. Does your TDEE calculation include your newly added activity? As soon as you add the lifting in, you're adding activity that will change your calorie goals.
