Sprinkling Borax on them helps.

That's awesome!

Agreed. How many of those "barefoot, pregnant and in the kitchen" are too afraid to leave the situation they're in? I do most of the housework because I'm the one that's home most often. But HE does the dishes at night and gets the kids breakfast in the mornings and takes the trash out most of the time. I do the rest of…

When my daughter was about 2, she told an old lady in a store "I'm a psychopath!" My son (now 2), tries to tell knock-knock jokes, but doesn't quite grasp the idea of a punch line, so his only knock-knock jokes goes like this: "Knock-knock!" "Who's there?" "Boo!" "Boo who?" "....BOO!"

We pillage, we plunder, we rifle and loot. Drink up me 'earties, Yo Ho! We kidnap and ravage and don't give a hoot. Drink up me 'earties, Yo Ho! Yo Ho, Yo Ho! A pirate's life for me. We extort, we pilfer, we filch and sack. Drink up me 'earties, Yo Ho! Maraud and embezzle and even hijack. Drink up me 'earties, Yo Ho!...

Amazing!

I love my Kindle Keyboard. I still have and buy books, but the Kindle is so simple, has so many books for cheap and it's actually really easy to get used to. In fact, I can read it in the car and for some reason, I don't get car sick like I would with a regular book.

I'm a full-time student as well. I just make sure that when I have to be on campus, I park in a far lot and take the stairs (7 flights up and down is killer on the knees, though). When I'm at home, I just try to go outside with the kids, or take a walk with them. I haven't done DVDs or games for a while, though I want to…

1) Your diary is not open. 2) You are probably exercising way too much 3) You are probably eating way too little 4) You give no indication of how tall you are or how much you have to lose.

Indeed. I am a horrible, terrible fatty McFatterson. ;)

Does nearly severing digits every day count as a talent? I think it should... What about cursing? I've made Marines blush.

You know, every time I see you post your before/after, I sigh. Because it's awesome. Something to aspire to.

I ate mozzarella sticks and jalapeno poppers last night. Dipped in ranch dressing. They were AMAZING. Nothin' wrong with a few unhealthy noms.

I eat a lot of different things. Eggs are pretty high on the list. Can't live without my coffee (even if I only manage a half a cup). Chicken breast is high up there. Pork and fish too. I'm not sure I'd survive without bacon... Veggies are a lot of salads, lots of carrots and cucumbers. Fruit is usually pluots or…

I'm 5'5", and started at 204.4. I'm eating 1800-2000 cals a day and though I didn't lose weight this week, I lost 1.5" off my belly from two weeks ago. Try eating more. You might lose weight by starving yourself, but the likelihood of it staying off is slim. MFP is stupid with giving people the "1200 calorie" thing. It's…

Lift heavy, less reps. It's a good idea for anyone that is physically able. And heavy is subjective, so it's not like you need to press your body weight immediately, or anything. But the more lean body mass you have, the more calories you'll burn because LBM eats up fat. I'm trying to get a good home weight room going so…

Also, measure yourself. You may be losing inches instead of pounds. When I thought I wasn't losing weight, I measured myself and realized that I'd lost almost 2 inches off my belly.

Poke wolverines with a stick. It's a hell of a way to get cardio.

Checked out your diary. You look like you're doing really well food-wise. I did notice that you don't do a water count on your diary. That might be helpful because if you aren't hydrated, you end up retaining water. Also, what kind of exercising are you doing? If it's only cardio, I would suggest adding weights to it if…

Hi! First, congrats on the losses you've had so far! Second, if you'd open up your diary to the public it would be easier to tell you what's up. Two weeks isn't really a plateau, but there are certain things that can inhibit the losses. Sodium intake, over eating, under eating, too much exercise, too little exercise... So…

It took me five years to get mine stabilized. Don't just settle for cardio. If you have the option, add lifting in. Make sure you are eating enough- it's deceptive to know that most times, if you aren't eating enough, you won't be losing.

I don't think I own anything yellow. :( But it is close to my heart. Rest in peace, Glen Michael.

You can eat anything for breakfast. It doesn't have to be "typical breakfast food". You could eat spaghetti. You could have some steak. You could have that chicken and broccoli you had for dinner the night before. Meals should never be boring.

You already know about me, so just bumping for you.

Never been on 1200 calories. My BMR is 1470 alone. Gotta have the extra fuel if you're working out and, well, not in a coma.

Wine every night.

I'm eating a couple of big chicken tacos for dinner tonight, and I will have my glass of wine later. Every moment will be pleasurable, and I do it every day.
