Okay, you're getting in basically no raw fruit or veggies. Skip the juice and switch in real fruit instead- the fiber will help a lot. Well, it's definitely not beautiful here most days recently. Too dang hot. And I don't live in a very safe neighborhood at this point, either. So, inside for me. Not to mention I can work inside by myself without the nasty and snide comments from the peanut gallery.

It's definitely worth a shot. I upped mine to 20% lower than my TDEE (as opposed to what MFP says) and I've been shedding weight like mad. MFP says that with that amount of consumption, I can only drop half a pound a week. HA! I've lost at least 2 lbs a week since doing it.

As long as you're within your calorie goals, it shouldn't really matter that you consume a larger amount at one time.

I do this as well, but I add garlic, onion powder, black pepper and a tiny sprinkle of parmesan cheese. I cut the squash to about a 1/4" thickness so It keeps up some of its crunch.

I actually DO know what's in cow's milk and how it's handled. I grew up around several dairies. I can totally understand for people with lactose issues. DD boobs with stretch marks all over them (amazing how many you get when you go from an A to a B in a couple of weeks, then from a B to a DD in a few months), stretch marks on my arms and belly and thighs, crappy skin, cellulite. Damn, I'm glad I got married before my body went to crap!
