You look AWESOME! Keep up the good work!

You're in the right place!!! I have watched the scale creep up, made excuses for myself, done everything. This is the only thing right now that has worked for me. You Have friends that are here, encourage and keep you going. +This is the one place that I've found that I've stuck with and look forward to checking in.

Thanks - I was searching for classes at the college that fit into my schedule - I may have to just suck it up and join the gym closer to my house instead of driving a bunch to get to a Navy gym and get up at 4 in the morning to do my workouts.

I saw this today on an infomercial and was kind of skeptical....they kept telling me i was having a party at my house etc (what I wouldn't do for a party at my house!!!). Is it really fun or are you dying after a few minutes? I know after working out with one of the "biggest loser" tapes I was ready to call 9/11.

How did you get it to slow down???? I couldn't stay on it because it was going to so fast!

I'm with you. NOT giving up the wine. Yes, it does slow down the metabolism but I add it to my calorie count. If I have two glasses of wine, it's 288 calories (12 ounces). If I'm having a particularly hungry day, I have 6 ounces and eat more or have the twelve ounces and I'm hungry for something and end up over the limit.…

I heard you're supposed to eat the calories that you burned but frankly, I haven't been. I'm supposed to be at 1200 calories a day for weight loss and I try to stick to that regardless of what I do at the gym. 3 pounds down so far (in two weeks) and I feel pretty good. I haven't been able to get a straight answer on this…

Ah...you totally know what I'm dealing with then! A taste here, a taste there. A glass of wine. (my kids bought me the apron that says I cook with wine...and sometimes I even put it in the food...") Thank you for the advice....you're honest and you're funny!

I'm eating the 1200 and with exercise it's give me what it i get from the calories burned. However, I pack on the major stuff at night to the point where i can't even log it because I don't konw what one chip is or one bite is. Or I put on my plate what the "serving is" and then i don't eat it and chuck it.
