Good advice! thanks everyone and to the person who said I want to look 12, no that's not the case..It is still in the healthy weight for my height and when I felt my best. To each their own!

I also run 3 1/2 miles every other day and do 7 different strength training machines every other day. I'm 20% bf. I got a health assessment and they used the skin fold machine so Im pretty sure it's fairly accurate

I don't weigh my foods. I pretty much eat the same thing everyday. A turkey bacon wheat tortilla W/ egg and a slice of cheese and a coke for breakfast (460 calories), a P3 protein pack for lunch (170 calories), Turkey Jerky bites for a snack (60 calories), a lean cuisine for dinner and a slice of cheese (180-300 calories),…

You all are right!

like trainer Chris Powell says ...don't starve yourself and make yourseld do crazy types of activities in the beginning..start out small and slowly work up to where it's normal for you to not be as hungry as maybe before..you aren't expected to change overnight..for instance take a walk around the block..then the next week…

Yes, my problem too.. I get a sudden urge of confidence like it's not going to affect me and I don't think about it..I actually think that is the reason..not the wine!

I have the one that measures body fat estimate and percentage water weight along with general weight. It has a menu to put all your stats in and it checks you daily to see how much water weight you are keeping in. It's great! I picked it up at Walmart for around $35 its called the healthometer I believe.

If your not looking for taste, broccoli does the trick..I actually enjoy it because it can keep you so full for awhile even just a cup. A cup only has 30 calories. If you'd liek to add taste, I would add some marinara sauce to the top or your favorite spaghetti sauce. It's actually quite tasty like that! All for no more…

Agree, me too

I think it depends on a alot of factors..water retention, muscle mass, time of the month, how tall you are..I think you get a basic feel for your own body eventually..I give myself max 2 lbs.but I'm only 5'1 so that is my reasoning

I have a sedentary job too! It's hard to be able to much activity, but make it a point to go the gym on my lunch breaks for 1 hr. 15 min. every other day..I know they say that's still not enough, but what are you supposed to do if you have a desk job?

I'm 5'1, 19% body fat and this is the most I've ever weighed in my life! 107 lbs. I know many think oh thats good, but not to me..It's all how you feel about yourself. I looked my greatest at 98 lbs, but it's so hard to maintain..I constantly work out and count my calories. Just found this site and think it's great! I'm…
