  • Oh yes count me in. Trying to walk at least 3 miles three times a week. So far clocked up: Sunday 2nd December 4.1 miles -421 cals Wednesday 5th December 1.6 miles - 159 cals -treacherous ice so turned back- don't need a broken leg Sunday 9th December 3.2 miles - 344 calories Will try to do better next week!
