I do 30min on each everyday..i LOVE it..with the treadmill I do once of the mountain or hill programs on the highest level..I burn about 400cal every 30min that way

I have added as I go and one week I added at the beginning of the day, I def. now add as I go because it really makes me be more careful with wat I eat. When I was adding at the beginning or ending of the day I was sometimes forget to add things.

I am on my third week with no soda, I drank green tea with ginseng and honey to sub. for soda I still got the headaches but it helped with cravings
