lol not at all. We're not broken, just so nice that we want to make others feel good by giving encouragement ;) And of course we love a response back because we're only human. Right. I'm trying to lose some and just be more healthy in general. I've been trying for 2 years but nothing yet. Next step is fertility treatments but scared of the side effects.

I like MFP much better than WW too. I really wanted it to work for me but I like tracking calories instead of points. I use bodymediafit fit so I like knowing the numbers and my daily deficit. I was also tired of paying for WW too. Good luck ;)

I have the Polar FT60 and I love it. It does have a chest strap and a personal fitness coach which is motivating for me. I also use bodymedia fit which is the armband that you wear all day. I find that the heart rate monitor is more accurate than the armband when working out so I wear both when exercising, especially on a…

Don't give up! Trust me I know how hard it is to stick with it, especially when old habits creep up. Sometimes it feels like it's all or nothing and when you're doing good then slip up, you think oh well, I blew this day anyway I will be better tomorrow. But then you are thrown off track and you lose motivation for months…
