Hello! If your making recipes at home, just use all the calorie counts on the packages. Add it all up and so you have a total calorie count for the entire meal. Divide this by how many servings you are cutting it into. From there just add a custom meal to your MFP database! :) Mike

I personally use neither. I use Worcestershire sauce and some different seasonings. Another fast, tasty trick: Add Worcestershire sauce and 1 packet of dry ranch mix to 1.5lbs of meat and make burgers....Super tasty and quick.

Well for the most part you are spot on. General rule of thumb is consuming 1g of protein for every lb of lean muscle mass you have. Too much protein is never a problem, barring any medical conditions.

Youll find me a big wine drinker. I have tried to cut it out. Its not bad if you can make it inside your calories, 4oz of wine is like 100 calories. However I LLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE wine I start with 4 oz....and figure ahhhh 1 more glass wont work 1 bottles later..... 500 calories... Adds up. Its all about moderation.…
