my heart rate during 70 minutes of cardio is like in intense one (160-180). I do it on a treadmill. 50 minutes takes riding a bike from home to school and back in moderate effort. :)

that's my exercise plan for 4 months now. every day at least 1000 cal, 4-5 times a week. :)

I'm 5'6, I hope it's close enough for your request and answer of your questions. :)) I'm 17, current weight is 128.5 lbs and goal weight is 121 lbs. :) My starting weight was 150 ish.

we are going to Munchen and Prague. we have DM stores here in Croatia, too, so I know where I can buy it. :) the thing is that I have to pay whole trip (including meals in hotels) and it will be expensive for me to buy more food there, too. I will try to ask there at the place. :)

Can I use something else instead of a low-fat cream cheese? I'm lactose intolerant beside of gluten-intolerance. :P But I'm in love with the idea. :love:

Gym 5-6 times a week. 75 minutes of cardio and 45 minutes of strength and gymnastic exercises. Also, I ride a bike to school and home (about 8 km total). If I feel super active that day, I run for 5 km, too. And I play volleyball twice a week on my P.E. class in school. :)

I feel extremely bloated,I can't wear any of my clothes and everyone thinks that I'm pregnant (seriously, I'm not exaggerating), I feel nauseous, with painful cramps in stomach, my back hurts so much I can't stand straight and usually I'm depressed or anxious, hard breathing, tiredness. It sux big time. :explode:

I eat corn flakes (without contamination with wheat or barley) with rice or soya milk every morning. Sometimes I add dried fruit or sliced bananas. I find it very filling. :)

Onion and garlic. And food that is fried in oil. I can't even smell it. I'm feeling sick when I just imagine eating it. :P
