Celiac disease
I'm diagnosed with celiac disease and lactose intolerance. I'm trying to lose some weight and build muscles, but it's very hard when you have to eat by gluten-lactose-free diet. Is anybody else diagnosed with it? How do you combine your fitness and diet with it? :happy:

Reverse effect
