Hello everyone!
I'm Ana, I'm 19 years old and been working out for 2 years now, vigorously for past 7 months.
I exercise everyday and do both strenght and cardio trainings. My muscles are getting visibly bigger every day and I'm very satisfied with my progress on that plan. The problem occures when it comes to my body fat percentage. I don't know how much does it amounts, but I can see it's not very desirable.
It's because of my bad diet. So I decided to change that so all my work doesn't go in vain. I need your help.
I have celiac disease and lactose intolerance, so it's pretty difficult to find some appropriate diet. Does anybody of you know any good diet plan for phisicaly active people that will make you loose fat, but nutrient the muscles? I would really appreciate any help. Thank you!

I'm a fan of low carb, high fat. You could also go for Paleo, since it's mostly grain/gluten free (dairy is optional but discouraged if you can't handle it). It's kind of restrictive if you want to follow it "by the book," but if you're not concerned about only getting grass-fed meat or whatever then you can just customize it to your needs.0

as for the celiacs disease, take a look at paleo, purely because one of the primary black listed items is gluten. aside from that I would just eat healthy fat and protein dense foods like avocados, nuts, chicken, lean beef, veggies, fruit, etc and make some fun meals with those while staying to an appropriate caloric intake.0
