I've been down but now I'm back

Hey, guys.
I was a very active girl who was exercising every day in the gym for 2-3 hours and watching on my diet very strictly.
One day, I didn't have any money to extend my membership, so I waited until I get some. It was 2 months ago and I still don't have it. All those time I literally gave up of all my healthy habits - I wasn't exercising almost at all and it was very depressing for me. So I was finding my comfort in food. I've got 4 kg (not much, but hard to lose it again) and a lot of cm back.

Today, I got up at 5 am and went running. I ran for 12 km. I realized I can still come back, even if I can't go to gym. The road and my running shoes are still here.

So, I'm here again,after long time. Some days I will feel like all this is vainly, so I would be very grateful if I could find some support every now and then here, in my topic...

But I'll never going to give up again! :))

    Congrats on finding a way to move forward. These types of set backs often are the start of a relapse into the old lifestyle. You have managed to stop it before it became a lifestyle. Welcome back!
