Yeah from what I have been reading it looks tough but im kinda looking forward to the challenge :-) I just need something I can do at home, ie not running or biking etc as im home a lot with my 2 kids and work as well so I dont get a lot of free time to get out of the house.

Im having to same problem not getting enough calories but im reaching my protein and carb goals easily so I cannot make up my calories without going over my protein and carbs for the day. Doea anyone know of any food high in calories with no carbs and protein?

I have had migraines since I was about 10 (32 now). I didnt realise they were migraines until I was about 24 so was constantly taking painkillers which never worked.
