Yeah I was wondering the same thing as I thought you just had one meal on the fasting days and that is it, otherwise if you spread the calories through the day then your not really fasting.....right???

I too watched this program. It sounds great to me and the science behind it totally makes sense, its pretty exciting. I will be trying it soon but doing the alternate day fast, im just not sure yet what I should be eating for the one meal on the fast day......?

I have the same problem, I generally use dry shampoo so I dont have to wash every day. I have heard very good reports about coal tar shampoo, I think you can get it in the pharmacy. Give it a go!

Thanks for this, I will try upping my protein. I have been trying to have a boiled egg after a workout but I dont eat much red meat so im struggling with the protein a bit. And yes I only have about 8lb to lose, thanks for your advise, I will persevere and see what happens next week..:-)

I do research but there is so much conflicting information out there its sometimes hard to know what to trust. I find its sometimes good to ask real people on here that may have experienced similar things themselves and can offer advice based on what works for them. :smile:

Yes me too, according to my HRM I burn around 200 cals per session and I see people on here getting between 300-800. Im on week 3 now and started on a Wednesday. I was sooo sore for the first 3-4 days. It soon wears off though so dont be discouraged!

I did exactly the same thing when I stopped smoking. My way of thinking was I can lose the weight once I have got through stopping smoking, and I did.
