Aww I loved reading this, really made me smile :) I'm doing my first 5K at the end of August and then planning to work towards 10K after that. Can't wait to see what I'm doing this time next year!

I did this on Monday - it was like Monday didn't even exist to me anymore!

Clothes! Literally cannot wait to be able to order things online and when they arrive they actually look somewhat similar to how they look on the model rather than like a moose has squeezed into them :(

When I'm craving something sweet I like frozen grapes, low fat custard, strawberries and low fat cream, alpro dessert or a couple of squares of chocolate. All are around 100kcals :)

This might be an odd one but I love the shape of your face! So pretty :)

Well done on your current weight loss! That's such an achievement. My number 1 tip for C25K would be take your time with it! It's great that you've already accepted you might want to repeat some days, I think that is the best way to make sure you keep going with it and don't give up. I had to repeat some day, particularly…

I weigh everyday and log it on a weight tracking app so that when there are fluctuations I can still see if there is a downward trend, makes me worry less about the ups and downs. I log my weight every weekend on MFP as well.

Definitely not a failure! My weight goes up and down a few pounds all the time, it can be any number of things, water weight, hormones etc. I have an app called Happy Scale where I track my weight every day, it draws a graph of your weight trends so as long as that is always headed in a downward direction it doesn't matter…

Finished week 5 day 3 and feel great! :) Seems to be getting much easier. Can't wait for week 6 day 1 now.

Went to buy some more gym clothes yesterday and asked the shop assistant to get me a medium and a large in the top I wanted. She looked at me and said "is it for you?" when I said yes she said I would only need a small. I didn't think it would fit but when I tried it on it was perfect :) Made my day!

I know this might sound weird but what socks are you wearing? The best investment you'll ever make is proper walking socks if you haven't already got some. They are a bit more expensive than your average socks but 100% worth it, they definitely help keep your feet more comfortable when walking long distances.

Looking fantastic! Well done :)

I think it's the best motivation when people start commenting on my weightloss! It reminds me how hard I've worked and proves it is actually making a difference. Sometimes it is difficult to see the changes yourself and it is nice to be reminded.

Don't worry! I got totally stuck on week 4 day 1 for about a week. Just keep at it and you'll get there, once I got passed that I have found the others easier. I really don't know what it was about that one but it just had me stuck! Today I have done Week 5 Day 1 and felt it went well :)

I've got a great scale that does ml and fl oz as well so I can measure my drinks or liquid, especially handy if I'm treating myself to a glass of wine but don't want to guess the calorie content! I'd definitely recommend one that does the same.
