4.6lbs in 3 weeks is great! Do you get a lunch break at work? I know it wouldn't work for everyone but I go to the gym on my lunch hour. Means I can fit in a 30 minute run or some circuits without really using up any of my spare time.

I'm a girl but I try and treat myself to new things that will help with my motivation and fitness. For example, new trainers, new workout top or something. Or if I have lost enough to go down a size, I'll get a new outfit. Another favourite is treating myself to a nice perfume, if you like aftershave you could do that?

I weigh myself every day and log it on Happy Scale app. Fluctuations will happen and this smooths it out in a nice graph. As long as that line keeps going down I don't mind!

I would say it helps me lose weight as I will substitute tea/coffee with milk for green tea which I guess means less calories! But as for the suggestion that it increase metabolism etc I don't know if there is much truth in it. I do love my green tea though, always spending my pennies on new exciting flavours :smiley:
