WOW in the highest degree! The 20 more lbs I need to lose were looking like a huge mountain to me. Now I realize I was just being a wimp.0

One of the best feelings is going for a physical and the Doctor can't come up with anything to work on or prescribe medicine for.0 -

I just wanted to say that you are an inspiration to all of us. I just started using MFP and I want to lose about 20-30lbs(only a small fraction of what you lost). reading your story about the hospital and then you picking yourself up and losing 300+lbs was just an amazing story that I'm very glad I got to hear. I watched your video as well. Just overall a story that people definitely need to hear. Keep working hard man and great things will keep coming your way.
Thanks again for your story, you made me want to work harder than ever.
