I do the insanity workouts and use my HRM. The fit test I usually burn around 200 calories and the workouts usually between 350 and 400. Insanse Cardio sometimes closer to 450. It really depends on a lot of things. I got my HRM for $80.00 at Scheels and it was the best investment I've made towards fitness so far.

So I haven't started yet. This wedding planning and holiday activities killed me this weekend but I definately have to start. Today is a new day. As of tomorrow, I have 30 days until my wedding.

She should definately check her fiber. Make sure she is getting at least 14 grams a day. Also make sure she is drinking enough water I just went to the doctor for the same issue and found out I had some blockage. I'm not exactly the fittest person and I"m doing Insanity right now. It definately whips you into shape. I'm on week 4 and though sometimes I have to push myself to do it I definately already see results.

I have 2 nieces that are girl scouts. Of course you have to buy the same amount from each.....so we have 20 boxes coming!!! My boyfriend is a mechanic at a dealership so the shop will have plenty to go around!

I've been looking for lower sodium lunch meat as well. I don't have a Sam's Club or a Trader Joe's though so if anyone knows of one at Walmart or an Albertsons you should post it!

I have heavy and painful monthly periods as well. As hard as it is to get motivated during that time I have found that working out actually eases some of the pain and cramping. Up 2 lbs this week. It's TOM. It made me depressed to even look and I've been at the gym everyday this week at 5 AM. I dont' think I'm going to make my goal but I'll take a run at it. Thanks for the motivation everyone!

Aerdrea, that is exactly why I am trying to get healthy is to eventually have a healthy pregnancy. I work in insurance and so every client is very important (we work off commission). I haven't tried it but my sister did. She said a few of the things are fine but you have to remember its all frozen processed food. She said she really liked it during the first week but as she went on she got really tired of not having fresh food.
