  • I have some Ellen Barrett videos on Netflix and Hulu that I will go back to. She combines power yoga with pilates. They're awesome!   • I do. I usually turn on the ceiling fan in my living room and open up the windows so it gets nice and cool. Depending on the temp, I may do it in just my sports bra and pants.

  • I do the same. Alarm set for 5am every morning. It's the only time I have. I've always heard that morning exercise is best because it gives your metabolism a boost for the day. Haven't ever looked into it, though, so don't know how much support is really behind it.
