I can't wait to try some of these recipes!0

I use it with lite coleslaw dressing and then put it on top of chicken breasts that I put in the crockpot all day with low sodium broth and bbq sauce. Shred the chicken, top with slaw. I put it on rolls for my husband and kids, but you can eat it without or in a wrap.0

I didn't read all the responses, but what I do is just toss with white balsamic vinegar and a bit of extra virgin olive oil. Delicious!
Oh, and I usually have this as a side with grilled salmon. So good.0 -

- about 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 4 tbsp. walden farms asian dressing

I love the hungry girl scoop able chicken salad. If you leave the chicken out, I think she calls it sassy slaw. Both are yummy and so easy to make.0

My fav is HG Sloppy Joe Stir-Fry Slaw
PER SERVING (1/4th of recipe, about 1 cup): 140 calories, 4g fat, 455mg sodium, 13g carbs, 3g fiber, 7.5g sugars, 13.5g protein -- PointsPlus® value 3*
Sloppy Joes are goooood... but SO sloppy! This scoopable salad is fork-friendly, loaded with veggies, and ready to be fed to your face.
Ingredients:
8 oz. raw lean ground turkey
One 12-oz. bag (about 4 cups) dry broccoli cole slaw
1 cup Hunt's Manwich Original Sloppy Joe Sauce
Directions:
Bring a skillet sprayed with nonstick spray to medium-high heat on the stove. Add turkey and use a spatula to break it up. Cook and crumble until browned and fully cooked, about 8 minutes.
Add slaw and sauce to the skillet and stir to mix. Continue to cook for about 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sauce is hot and slaw has softened.
Serve and enjoy!

Not sure if someone posted this but scroll towards the bottom for the Chopstick Salad recipe. This is one of my staple foods. I substitute a little sesame oil so that I can overall reduce oil (thereby reducing calories) and kick the flavor up a notch. I also sprinkle in some sesame seeds.
