I've had alot of success checking online ahead of time. If you type in 'name of the restaurant-nutritional information', you should get good results. That's what I do.

Um, yeah. I JUST went through this. 1.5 weeks ago, I upped my calories to what I was SUPPOSED to be consuming (went from 1500 to 2000) and gained back 4 of the 5 lbs i had lost! I don't believe anyone said anything about being dehydrated per se, but rather REDUCED hydration from consuming caffeine- containing beverages. Which is absolutely true. No caffeine- containing product is considered a valid or appropriate means of hydration.

Wow. Unfortunately this mentality is what has gotten many of us Americans into the unhealthy lifestyle we lead. Anything caffeinated really never should count towards a hydrated beverage. For each cup of caffeine you consume, actually, you should consume an equivalent amount of plain water to replace the fluid losses your body endures from that caffeinated beverage. Losing weight as a Pear is so aggravating. My measurements are 36-34-46 and when I lose, it comes off my top very quickly and takes forever to slim down hips and thighs. It gets so discouraging!

Thx! I'm also actively trying to keep up with the calories I'm supposed to be eating daily (2100) but it's very hard! Could only get in 1700-1800 in first phase; gonna really try to boost that up to put my metabolism in high gear and hopefully see better weight loss results this 2nd month!

I'm only down 5 lbs and am in my Recovery week. Per the Insanity formula, I should be eating 2100 cals a day, which is tough but I'm trying. Now, is that 2100 NET calories? They don't specify in the fitness guide. Or is that INCLUDING my exercise calories? Any thoughts?
