Who uses Insanity recovery formula/shake?
My legs are always so fatigued during and after my Insanity workouts; I'm thinking I may need to try the recovery formula. Has anyone noticed a difference using this? And how do I order it? On BeachBody site?

When you buy Polar HRM, does it come with the chest strap?
I'd like to buy this on Amazon today, but I dont see them mention anywhere that it comes with the chest strap (although reviewers mention a chest strap); does this typically have to be purchased separately?

When did you start to really lose weight on INSANITY???
I'm in my first Max week of 2nd month. Was down 5 lbs and just GAINED 3 this week!! I'm so pissed. Was trying harder to hit my recommended/allotted 2100 calories/day this week since I was only able to eat like 1500 cals previously. Maybe that's why? Did anyone's weight go up temporarily before it came down?

Ok. Im finishing my Recovery Week of Insanity. Down 5 lbs. 15 to go. Just saw an infomercial showing Month 2's Max Circuit interval training. And I'm scared. Very scared! What to expect? How'd you all do with it??

Ok, I'm only 5 lbs down (Goal to lose 15 more)...but I just realized this morning that my thighs are no longer rubbing together when I walk!!! Oh, the glory! What a great feeling! :happy:

For INSANITY users..
I'm into Week 4 here and I have to say...my legs are sore every single day! It's a good sore, but sore nonetheless. Does anyone else feel this? It's always a bear to start the next workout because my legs/quads never stop hurting!!!
