Ok, so I'm in the middle of week 4 of Insanity and only down 3 lbs; boo . I am noticing a difference in how my clothes fit, however; and am tightening up slowly but surely; yay . Realized yesterday that I totally miscalculated my daily calories (per the INSANITY nutrition guide) and have been eating 600 cal less than I should be! I'm so mad; gonna try to adjust this asap, as this is surely why the weight loss has been crawling at a snail's pace. I'm praying, hoping to be down at least 15 lbs by the end of INSANITY then I plan on restarting P90X. Gotta get toned and superfit by June for my summer vacay to Belize with hubby! I'm still having to take lots of breaks during the workouts though (anyone else like this??); it's really kicking my butt!! Anyone else suffering through Shaun T. and INSANITY??? Please help keep me motivated!!!!

We just started doing Insanity program at the gym where I go yesterday - did the fitness assessment. Will be doing the first actual daily workout today. Not sure how much we are following exactly since we are only going to be doing 4 days a week, but I am excited to see what progress my body can make doing that much. Good luck with yours!0

I'm on my second week and I am loving it!! I think you have to look at the big picture to stay motivated...3lbs is great but if it is upseting maybe waiting til the 60 day mark is a good idea....take your before and afters and notice physical changes in your body!! Stick with it and push yourself and I'm sure you will get great results!!0

This damn INSANITY is kicking my butt for sure! My legs are so sore all the time and then when I go to do the workouts, man, it's a bear. But feels good! Do any of you have the problem of not being hungry after your workout? I do INSANITY after work in the evening, and when I finish the workout I am nowhere near hungry; I have to force myself to eat dinner and it's tough! Anyone else have the same issue?0

I tend to not feel hungry after any workout but I know I need to 'replenish the gas tank' sooo I usually just drink a high protein/calorie shake....its easier for me to drink it then force food down!!0
