I have been missing a one or two as well, and I just keep going. If I weren't working out other ways, I may no because I don't know that I could keep up. I feel like I am writing in pain on the floor sweating my butt off no matter the workout, so it can't matter too much!

I really am, and I am surprised. I didn't think it would be possible and when others said they had, I thought they were making it up to motivate me! But truly, my belly is smaller and my energy and moods are through the roof! I LOVE IT!

tahini is a Medaterranian (?) sesame based deliciousness! It is mixed with ground chickpeas to make hummus. Yum!

For sure the pineapples and cranberries, especially if the pineapple was canned. Lots of extra sugar in there, hiding in wait to attack you! Good job tracking, and now you know for the next time!

I think the only way you can get an accurate number is to invest in a heart rate monitor. I always had the same question and it helped me figure out how many I was burning!

I just got the Polar FT4 based on other reviews and I love it. it is very simple to set up and use. I only wanted one to count the calories burned and my heart rate and it does it just fine. Very comfortable too, I forget it's on.

Pure Cardio is by far the hardest one so far. I love it and hate it at the same time. I lose about a pound by just sweating it out!

I have always preferred to EAT my calories and not DRINK them. Shakes and replacements just leave me hungry. I think once you get into the swing of things and do some planning ahead of your meals, you will find that you aren't hungry. I just started and I LOVE it. When I work out, if I am not sweating, breathing hard, and practically unable to stand, I feel like it isn't worth it. I know it is, but I like to feel that way when I am done. It is intense, and insane!

That is good to know about MFP and calorie burn. Some of them have seemed high to me, so I usually put it less time or something to adjust it. I may have to invest in a HRM

That sounds about right to me, but I know nothing! MFP gave me right around that when I entered High Impact Aerobics. I have an HRM somewhere, but it eats batteries like there is no tomorrow!

Have you looked at althleta.com? It is really good quality, but pricier. You get what you pay for, for sure. I have gotten things at Target and other stores like that, and they just can't stand up to the sweat an constant washings!
