I am struggling with getting so tired after I eat in the afternoon. I walk around and drink plenty of water....any advice?

Signed Up for Warrior Dash- How do I Train?
I am doing a hybrid of P90x and Insanity, but what else can/should I do? This is all so new to me, I have never run a 5k, let alone one like this! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I got this app and tried it out tonight and I love it! I am not a runner by any stretch of the imagination and I ran/walked 2.78 miles tonight. That is amazing for me in 40 minutes. Insanity and Knees vs. P90x
I am finished with my first month of Insanity and my knees are feeling it. I love the program and have seen some great changes, but I am wondering if I should continue. Those of you who have completed it, what was your experience? Should I move on to P90x and give them a break?

Warrior Dash Question!
There is a Warrior Dash in my town in September and I am intrigued! Those of you who have done it, what are your thoughts? How hard is it? Will I be a laughing stock if I can't finish it? Should I do it? :)

Zombie Run App
I have heard a lot about this and I am curious if anyone has tried it. I am not a runner, but would like to do a 5k this summer. I think this would motivate me and be more fun than a 5k app. Thoughts?

HRM Suggestions!
What do you use? I am looking at the Timex Ironman, but I am not sure that it is an HRM as well as a lap counter. I would like one that counts calories and shows me at my heart rate. If there is a previous thread, please let me know. Thanks!

Has anyone tried this? I started this morning and the fit test was pretty hard, but I did better than I thought I would. How did it go for you?

Free Weights vs. Machines
What do all of you seasoned lifters feel about this? I think the FW are better, but at my gym, it can be a very crowded testosterone-filled place. Do you feel you get the same benefits from the machines? TIA!

How Often Do You Step on the Scale?
Part of me thinks I should weigh myself every day and the other says to only do it on my weigh-in days. What is the reasoning behind your weigh-ins?

How Do You Motivate Yourself in the Morning?
I would love to be a morning workout person. Getting it done before I start my day has so many advantages for me, but I just love my sleep a little too much. What do you do to get yourself out of bed in the morning and just get it done?
