looooove zumba and any dance based cardio classes! spinning is ok....if u have a super large behind like myself, i definitely recommend investing in one of those cushioned strap-on bike seats, because spin bikes are a lot more narrow than regular stationary bikes...i was walking like a wounded cowboy for a couple days…

i try to hit the gym in the mornings, cuz im full of excuses by the time the evening hits lol ..... when i workout in the morning i try to eat afterwards...i heard the caloric burn is greater on an empty stomach, but who really knows? if i do drag my @ss to the gym at night, i try to eat just a little beforehand otherwise…

you may need to reconsider the goals you set for yourself when making your profile...if its set for 2lbs/week maybe its wise to start out slower at 1.5 or 1 lb for week...it'll give you more calories and more leeway until you get the hang of the whole cutting down/logging stuff on here :)

i do suffer from depression and anxiety and believe it or not i use them to my advantage... as someone mentioned, exercising releases those "feel good" endorphins in the brain and that helps motivate me to get my @ss to the gym ...u feel great and accomplished leaving there a hot sweaty mess, knowing you did something good…

look online or through weekly grocery store flyers - tons of different things go on sale every week - and cut coupons!! no shame in that whatsoever!

pace yourself - don't go guns blazin' at the get go and then burn out! and make sure to drink lotsss of water because 4 hours of cardio is quite a lot at once!
