  • It's a great program but be prepared to buy more weights. I started out w/ 3,5,8 and ended up all the way to 20's...they are expensive...I'm in LEAN now....
  • I started LEAN today and agree that it is tough but not in as good a way as I thought Burn was tough. In Burn i really felt my legs, hams, etc were getting a good workout. Today I only felt it in my biceps and triceps.... And those tricep push ups? Right....Even on my knees it was tough.
  • Well, finished up PUSH yesterday and so did my WI and measurements for the end of month 2..... Weight down 2.5 from a month ago and lost 1 3/4 more inches so overall on CLX I have lost 7 1/4 inches and 3 or so....   • I wanted my lift days to be Mon/Wed/Friday as that's what worked for my schedule so I finished up my last workout on a Friday, did a cardio on a Saturday and measured and weighed.....rested on Sunday then next circuit on Monday....I think some people wait a week though....

  • I take a potassium supplement and a magnesium supplement AND I take calcet calcium w/ D3 pills daily or I have leg cramps. AND I just recently had my blood work done and my potassium was WNL. One thing that I have been doing also is drinking a bottle of powerade zero daily when I work out.....has helped a ton.

  • No, the fitbit monitors your calories burned, steps walked, flights of stairs climbed and miles walked..... and if you post your bedtime and wake time it will tell you how well you slept that night...ie, the minutes it took you to go to sleep, how many times you woke up and how efficient your sleep is....
  • I plan my meals for the entire week on a Saturday and I base them on what the kids schedule is that week. Then when I go grocery shopping I shop based on what I am cooking that week..   • I wonder why....I find that I even burn more calories on the day AFTER I lift if I just do an ab exercise or a stretch then I do even after I do a TF....that's saying something...

  • I love mine. Keeps me from having to log activity. And no it's very small. I clip it on my pocket or if I'm working out and don't have a pocket I wear socks I can clip it to....

  • No, I'm on my 2nd week of PUSH. You'll love it. It's a great program....good luck. Be sure to take measurements.
  • I love Chalene but agree that the same moves can be a bit boring.....I'm thinking about not having sound and just listening to my IPOD while I do the moves....haven't tried it yet but maybe next week....think I'd miss anything?
  • The weight lifting DVD's are only about 35 minutes w/ the warm-ups so they aren't too bad.... The first couple of weeks I also did the Burn Intervals and that other DVD and one is 30 an one is 45 minutes and I think the ab one is 10 minutes long.....I got bored doing them.....so I have put my TF DVD's in their place.....I…
