Shred diet
Is this the first time you all have done shred? I found this program back in January and did the 6 week program in Feb- March. LEAN Circuit
Finished my first week of Lean and I don't like it.....I don't like all the push ups (still can't do them on my toes) and not crazy about only shoulder work.....which is what I feel like I am doing.... Anyone else feel this way? Thinking I'd like it if you could just do burn over and over...

Low calorie appetizers.
For Christmas Eve we usually have appetizers instead of a big meal but in the past they have all been high fat and high calorie. This year we want to have a variety but healthy ones, that taste good too.....Any ideas

Started LEAN today
And boy do my biceps feel it....they are pretty much crying. And my triceps....push ups w/ your triceps? Even on my knees I could finish the set.....Could you guys?

Anyone have a love/hate w/ PUSH circuit
I just finished my 3rd week of the PUSH circuit and haven't decided if I love it or hate it....While I do feel I am getting stronger I don't feel like I am losing weight nor do I feel I am losing inches.....just the opposite in fact. I almost feel like I am putting off the 5+ inches I took off last month.....anyone else…

During one of the CLX DVD's I saw her doing some ab exercises on a ball. Anyone have those or know where they can be ordered?

Calorie burn day after lifting...
Anyone have a fitbit and can monitor the calories that they burn? If so does anyone else notice that on the day AFTER you lift your calorie burn is crazy? So strange as on the DVD she talks about wanting to eat more on the days she lifts....for me it is the day after.

Buy heavier for PUSH
Starting push next week and heaviest weight I have are 15.....Should I go buy a bit heavier before I start the circuit..... what has been your experience

weight decision
Ok, checked 2 stores today for weights of both 20lb and 25 lb - for the start of PUSH on Monday..... Walmart has them for roughly 18 for the 20lb ones.....and the 25 are a bit more so basically $80 for 4 weights.... then I went to sports authority and they are having a sale.....20lb are $19.54 each and 25lb are…

weight increments
I have 3, 5, 8, 10, 12 and 15 lb weights and have gone up nicely during the burn circuit...(just started week 4). However i have bum shoulders so I have to watch it w/ them BUT there are a few exercises where 5 is too light but 8 is too heavy.....anyone know if there are 6lb weights out there?

Abs after CLX or TF DVD's....
Chalene and the women in her DVD's have amazing abs but their Abs are shaped differently then the women in the Firm DVD's....to me their abs are more square......does that even make sense? do you guys see that? Or am I imagining things

Food Calories vs Net Calories
I'm still confused by the food calories vs Net calories.... My daily goal is 1200 so if I earn an extra 500 from exercise and I eat 1300, then my Net is only 800 which is way too low, right? I need to eat that extra to get as close to the 1200 NET as possible so that my body continues to burn fat and not muscle.....right?

While I think all mom's work hard, I do think that those of us who have more then 1 kid plus work often have extra stress added to our plates......I'd love to be able to support each other in our journey....
