Started LEAN today

And boy do my biceps feel it....they are pretty much crying. And my triceps....push ups w/ your triceps? Even on my knees I could finish the set.....Could you guys?

    Congrats!! Yes, I'm starting my 2nd week today of Lean, and was sore last week big time!! Those over the head tricep lifts--wow! killed me.


    I'm pretty good at pushups and tricep pushups but I have been doing them in P90x for the last year--so had lots of time to get used to them. But you will too, in no time!!

    I started Lean today and I think the hardest move for me was the plank with tricep curl. I am not a fan of planks anyway. they kill my wrist

    I agree, the plank with tricep curl was very difficult. It hurt my wrists and I had to do all of them on my knees. Hopefully I can improve! I'm not terribly sore because I only used 8s and 10s, and i used 15 on the supine tricep because I wanted to get a feel for the moves... i'll probably go heavier next week.
