ab workout w/ the weighted balls

Does anyone know of any good ab workouts w/ the weighted balls? I have looked and can't find any really good ones...

My favorite: lie on your back, arms extended above your head holding the ball. Sit up into a V, legs straight, bringing ball to toes, return to starting position.
Also: sit on bottom holding ball in front of you. Lift your feet off the ground and balance like that. While balancing, alternate touching the ball to the floor on each side of your body.0 -
Sit on a stability ball with a medicine ball in your hands. Holding the medicine ball, lie back so that the medicine ball is above your head in your hands, then sit up and hold the medicine ball in front of you. Do three sets of 10.0

look up crazy ivans, russian twists, v ups.. also try doing a plank hold with your hands on the ball.0
