  • Hey there! I'm 5'0 and 25 years. I started at 167 and am currently at 145, my goal is to make it to 130, and then I will reevaluate! I love to make new friends so we can motivate each other! I've been on for a couple years as well, but have been on a good streak lately! Add me for support! And good luck all :)
  • This came to me at a perfect time! I've been on a binge for the past few days and I think this is definitely going to help kick it :)
  • Hey there! Somewhere between 5 and 5'1 here! My highest recorded weight was 167 and I am now at 146! I am wanting to get to 130 first and then reevaluate, since that might still be a little heavy for my height and frame! I'm here daily if you need support! Best of luck :)
  • Chips are my weakness too! Doesn't matter what kind lol the only way to deal with them...is not buying them :'( if I get a craving for them I will go get one of those small bags from the gas station or grocery store! That way it can't get too out of hand! No matter how far I've come or how strong I think I am...a bag of…
  • Age: 25 Height: 5'1" SW: 167 CW: 146 GW: 130 and then I'll reevaluate I've been running for exercise and just staying at a calorie deficit. Slow and steady wins the race!
  • You look awesome! Amazing progress for sure :)
  • You look amazing! Great job :)
  • Out of sight, out of mind...the only thing that works for me! I stopped buying junk and sweets that sort of trigger my binges, anyways I went a whole month without them! Then, I thought I had come so far mentally, I should be able to make a pan of brownies and be responsible, right? Wrong! I had them eaten within a day and…
  • I'm somewhere between 5' and 5'1" and can say that I lose weight super slow! About a week ago I was getting very discouraged, but had a little pep talk with myself and am now back on the wagon! Progress is progress no matter how small!
  • There is no way one meal could make you gain 7 lbs of fat! So I'm sure it is what you think, sodium, water, or like was said hormones, so I wouldn't sweat it! You got back on track and that's the most important thing :) as long as you were eating at your calorie limit to lose the weight in the first place, I'm sure this…
  • A couple months ago I got so burnt out with constantly counting calories! I decided that I was just gonna go out on my own and try to put all I learned into practice...I gained roughly ten pounds back! Now, I'm back cause I realize that this is the only way to keep my accountable, and that knowledge is why I stay diligent…
  • Hi there! I'm around 5 ft even, and consider myself pretty active! Am logging everyday and have been a member for a couple years now! Go ahead and shoot my a request if you want :) definitely would love some more motivation too!
  • I tried it as part of the master cleanse years ago, when I was going through my crash diet phase. I did it the first day, and honestly it did work very well, but the second day, I could not manage to get all that salt water down, and puked it back up! Now, it's important for me to say that I've come very far from that…
  • This whole "frame" business confuses me. Is there an actual scientific way to determine your frame size, or is it all relative? The way I see it, we all have the potential to be skin and bones, or morbidly obese. So can your frame change with weight loss?
  • Ugh...every day! lol Chocolate chips...70 cals in a teeny tiny tablespoon! There is a lot of food I just don't bother with anymore. I'm happy to have learned the hard lessons of portion control though! And on the other hand, paying attention to calories has had some pleasant surprises! You find some of your favorites…
  • I've just found out that my (somewhat cheap) scale had been weighing too low, at least with very light weight items...needless to say I had a meltdown lol So you're not the only crazy one who needs therapy! All I know is that it's evidently working for us, you don't owe anyone anything! It's about your health!
  • I just love face comparison pics, because when I gained a lot of weight the most depressing thing was that I didn't think I looked like myself anymore...now I'm starting to feel much better! on the left we have me at my highest weight of around 170...didn't step on the scale much back then lol the day my husband proposed…
  • There were some shameful days when I ate out 3+ times a day! Now looking at what I ate, I know those meals had to be over a thousand calories each! So, I'm thinking at most somewhere between 4000-5000 maybe! I'm happy to say that me and my husband are making a conscious effort to not eat out any more! And saving some money…
  • I'm the same height with similar goals, and I USUALLY go over somewhere between 100-200 cals lol it can make you feel like crap , but it really is hardly anything! So don't sweat it! You can always just work to burn those calories off, I just run some more if I feel like eating a little more!
  • I have had this problem in the past, so I get what you're going through! It's like I'm rebelling against the power of the number lol and if I am going to go over my calorie limit...then might as well make it worth it! But, that's a mind set I've had to change...it falls under the same category of always waiting till…
  • Just started week 1 yestetday! And im excited about it :) even found a super awesome app for it!
  • first off, *****ing about your husband and wanting people to back you up...doesn't make for a healthy relationship. i can't believe some women...sorry. second. lighten up...there are a few different options here and he just wants to enjoy your company without you having to worry about what you eat 24/7...i know it's…
  • But if she wants to compare her body with Kim's that's her business, I just feel like she was making her own observation and was no way trying to give anyone a complex! I'm sure none of you have ever said anything against any celeb...since we love them ALL (catch the sarcasm)
  • Bahahaha this is so ridicuous, I'm pretty sure the OP was stating her observation (whether or not I agree with it) so everyone can calm down! You're all acting like you're waiting for these celebs to come thank you for sticking up for them in an online forum...let's all get back to fitness, yay :)
  • I LOVE the flatbread, its not the healthiest but its far from the worst!
  • First of all, AWESOME job! I just started being able to run a full mile as well, but I as ways do it outside. I'm just making an assumption, but I would think a mile would go by faster outside, with all the distractions and what not! It takes me about 15 mins and I am SUPER slow as well lol. As far as the cold goes...its…
  • That was exactly what I was going through, stairs and all lol. But I just kept going, I probably didn't get as deep into the exercises, all I know now is that the pain goes away, and now my quads don't trouble me at all!
  • I may have giggled at a few of these lol
