I agree, I would consider a smoothie instead, that way you can add other things to balance out the macros such as yogurt, greens, etc. I personally have a Vitamix and it is used every single day for more than just smoothies.

What do you need out of your scale? What was the one that died? I have a Renpho that I got on Amazon, it does track all the body fat, bone mass, etc but I don't believe any of that is accurate. I got it because it is bluetooth and records my weight and also connects with MFP.

I agree about Tjmaxx. If you haven't already, check out their website. You can shop Tjmaxx online and there is a good selection (of course there is shipping but they do run shipping specials sometimes). Also, all of their sister stores like Marshalls and Sierra Trading have good deals too.

I have the vivoactive 3 music. I have small wrists, so small it is hard to find replacement bands (see image of band, it has one hole left and wraps almost all the way around). I have had bigger watches, and this one doesn't seem big to me maybe because it is light weight.

Lunges for sure are my least favorite, I feel like my balance is off and have fallen on my knee many times. They say though, your least favorite is probably the one you need the most, but whatever, I still hate them! I love exercises that use TRX, but not ones where your feet go in the straps I feel ridiculous doing those!

I had my free trial class on May 1st, and started my membership on May 1st. I started with an 8 classes/mo membership but for June I upgraded to the unlimited. I am trying to go 4x/week but average 3x right now. I LOVE IT! I truly is for everyone.
