I just started it today but because of a shoulder replacement surgery then wrist surgery this last spring I had to modified the push-up. I also have limited range of motion on my shoulder so on the arm raises one arm goes up farther than the other but feel I am still burning calories and building muscle or that's the plan…

I have not had a burger in over 8 months, lately I have been craving one so this weekend I plan on treating myself. I will not be going to BK though, there is a local burger place that uses fresh local organic beef, produce and they make their own buns. There fries are very good too but I will leave these out, just a good…

That looks yummy but noticed it has 27.5 g of sugar, that is almost a days worth of sugar for me. I seem to always be struggling to keep my sugar down.

Some days I just do not seem to drink enough water and have been really trying to increase this so this mini challenge will be good for me so I am in, goal= 8 servings, 1 1/2 down. I better drink up ;~)

For me is wasn't the calories that was giving me trouble but on some days I just had a hard time getting enough protein, I love all my fruits and veggies. So now I make myself a shake with a natural whey protein power I get @ our local Co-Op and I am feeling better every day ;~)

I was also having problems getting enough calories, but mostly having problems getting enough protein. I was working out and still not losing lbs, well I started drinking a shake on the days I am low on my protein and the lbs have started to drop plus I feel so much better.
