I know this post is from last year, but ULTIMATELY, I'd like to lose around 25 lbs. I want my weight to be around 145-155. If I get to 145 It's on!

No self-control over food.

I am also 5'5. I am currently 172 lbs and at this point, people are telling me I am getting too small. My goal is 155, but I would love to walk around saying that I'm 5'5 125... it just ain't gonna happen. I'm a bigger girl but I actually love having curves! What I really want is a flat stomach and smaller thighs. When I…

They offer it at my gym. It's definitely my all time favorite class! I used to take a step class which was high intensity, which I loved, but when I moved I looked for a substitute. Body Combat was it! I may not be where I want to be yet, but I can tell a difference! I sometimes have to run up several flights of stairs to…

I wouldn't say I've recovered. I'd say I am in recovery and taking it one day at a time. I've been really focusing on not bingeing and have done it once in the past 41 days. Like someone said, staying busy helps out a lot!

Congratulations!!!

Not bingeing.

Me too! I am punching myself because there was a point last year where I was about 15 pounds away from my goal. Then I stopped coming here and logging my foods and gained it all back to the point of having 46 lbs to lose. We CAN do this! Stay consistent, log your foods and DON'T stray from your calorie goal! Give it 2…

I NEVER binge in a group setting. I feel like everyone is watching me. Either eat before you go or go there and pick the foods you know are okay to eat. OR.... enjoy yourself for the night! Eat a little bit of everything (or a little bit of your favorite foods) and call it a day.

You were beautiful before and are just as beautiful after... I'm sure you're much healthier than you were! Nice job!

Exactly- Most likely you are buying your meals. Suggestion to lower sodium: cook your own food! Also, get a food scale if you want to weigh out your sodium requirements. (something like 2 grams and spread it out in all of your meals- although I've heard we really don't need sodium in our diets at all.... oh well! ) You…

When I feel like cheating on my lifestyle (not diet =) ) I listen to music and envision myself in the future, where I want to be with my weight loss and body goals. That usually keeps me "satisfied" for a while, and if not I look at motivational pics of celebrity body inspirations (Kenya Moore, Nicki Minaj... those types…

I often slip in my sweat.. it's very embarrassing. I only wear black now. Colors tend to show just how much I really sweat. I'll go from wearing a lilac purple shirt to it being DARK PURPLE!

GAG AT IT!!! YUCK!

I do care about being healthy, but to me it's secondary to being smaller. Not necessarily thin. Thin isn't something I've ever aspired to be.

Hey, I am a nurse too! Gained most of my weight during nursing school and while working (I was required to flip 7p-7a 7a-7p... it didn't help that my co-workers were basically pastry chefs. Finally getting close to my goal. We can do this!

I do Body Pump and Body Combat, I've been doing Body Pump for just over a year now and I can finally see muscle! Body Combat (~9 months) is a great way to SWEAT!!! and its sooooo much fun. I'm not someone who enjoys exercising per say, but I find it easier to find the motivation to go to Combat than Pump! Body Pump *is*…

Hey, I actually don't bake it. I cook the noodles. Then just mix everything in together, so it takes about 20 minutes total to prepare. Celery instead of onions is an option too... You're welcome!

I'm back. Salads are a good choice too. Lettuce, Tuna, Tomatoes, Feta Cheese, Craisins.. YUM! Canned tuna is awesome!

I make a healthy casserole with it for about 450 calories with just 5-6 ingredients 1. Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Noodles (180 calories per serving (2oz.) 2. Canned Tuna 100 calories (I love chunk light) 3. Sour Cream (60 calories per 2 tbsp. serving) 4. Black Pepper 5. Grey Poupon (1 tsp is 5 calories, I use about 4 for a…

You don't have to completely limit yourself. Try going for one bad drink a day... then 3 times a week only. Make sure you add into you MFP calorie count so you can stay on top of your daily limit. I like coffee, but can get away with not adding too much to it but some non-dairy creamer and some splenda.

I took the spot. Starting at 171.8 Goal at the end of the month is 166! (Haven't been in the 160s EVER!!!)

September is MY month. It's my birthday month! Plans for this month for me are to: 1. Stick with my calories (1500 daily) 2. Drink more water 3. Keep on going to the gym 4. Stay focused on my end goal but realize that I only need 4.2 lbs this month off my body We can all do it! We are here for a reason. Wouldn't it be…
