Lemon helps with taste and your metabolism. I also read somewheres that drinking 7 cups of green tea (without sugar) can help burn an extra 50 calories a week- not much but hey every penny...er...calorie counts :laugh:

I always try to list separatly to make sure as close to accurate as possible Also some ingredents arent always listed correctly (calories, fat) so make sure ccompare products to those listed on MFP- may have to enter your own items at times

use your baby as a weight and have her lie next to you or in a jumper while doing some aerobics - I was a single mother for 5 years- sometimes we have to take special time for ouselves so we dont get too overwhelmed

I can relate with you- I dont feel like I am losing and still have my mom pouch- not as large. I didnt realize how far i came until did measurementsand saw my old "skinny" pants which dont fit now. I f you eat too few calories your body goes intostarvation mode and you wont lose weight- you may even gain weight. 1200 calories is what your body needs to exsist(breathing, heart beating, basic body function). I agree with stealth- seems like pretty good advice. I didnt feel like I was losing but when you see your old skinny pants that are too big you know you are doing something right- it's a long life journey- no permanent solutions- focus on what we do today and look forward to working harder tomorrow

I quit the smoking- first time on treadmill I lasted 2minutes and was winded!! Now 2 months later I can go 25-30minutes and not get winded- my hips limit is that time right now (I have screws in pelvic bone). Slow and steady. Walk/jog-" Wogging" is a good start
