I do and believe it's part of my carb "addiction" I've started trying fruit, a taste of nutella, or a glass of water- has helped some. Every now and then I'll treat myself

I got 50 squats so far today. I do different ones with each 10. Wider, feet turned out, feet turned etc etc.., how low can ya go!!!!

Bake/pan cook/or microwave with alittle cayenne, black pepper,garlic powder, sometimes Ginger. Place in a whole wheat tortilla top with a tbsp or two of salsa and Bon appetite!! I've also taken veggie stir fry and tossed in a little tilapia-different but yum

I keep mine set on 1200 because if I put it on the 1400 I tend to eat too much. By being stricter I am less likely to exceed 1400 because I think twice when I see the red! Lol red means stop and I believe that's what it triggers in my head so I choose healthier foods instead of spending a bonus 200 on junk. Do what works…

how can we change the pecent of carbs on our diary? someone said MFP is set at 50% and we can change it to 40%? would be helpful but if not ill just make sure i stay under then recommended carbs- hard to do for me.

too much of anything is bad. alot of things ive read reduces carbs when you are stuck, carbs require alot of exercise to burn off

Probably cutting some of your carbs would be beneicial even though they sound super yummy. drop down to two slices of bread instead of 4. Drinking lots of water helps also

Pretty much all of them. Cauliflower, carrots, broccoli. Can eat them without dip. Least fav is celery- ugck- the strings and weird after taste thing- not my veggie at all lol. Potatoes raw are yum tooo!!!

I have done both of these- luckily treadmill is at home- my foot sometimes lands half on/half off off tread and blooop I go off the treadmill. Or my hand will catch earphone wires and I send my phone flying-good thing it has a good case!
