I love them both! Running outside is more challenging but I can go longer because I'm not looking at the numbers. Running on the treadmill is more like training for me. I focus more on speed training. Both are great to me.

Eating too much of the wrong things. i use to blame it on my relationship because we love to go out to eat ! But there are healthier options out there, and I learned to be more consciouse and caring with my body and what i eat.
